A New York Times Best Selling author came to us to gather information for their new book. We had to use a deep cover to acquire intelligence on processes that were needed to be understood in-depth in an industry with a less than colorful demeanor. We were able to persuade employees to share with us information about manufacturing and distribution. We also placed a field operative in the thick of things. We learned the entire process and provided the information to the client. The author wrote a best selling novel all about it.
