A wealth adviser preemptively hid financial assets prior to Subject's partner filing for divorce.
Finding 1.3 million USD hidden by a famous wealth advisor was no easy task, but we did it.
It started with a high-profile divorce. The spouse, prior to the divorce began hiding assets in Nevis and the Cayman Islands. The said spouse lied about assets during the divorce proceedings thinking that no one was the wiser. Although difficult, we were able to find the shell companies, and from there, the cash. Our client then filed a lawsuit since the money was obscured during divorce and was able to recover a large portion of the million plus USD.
